Few introductory words

Within the DentiSmile clinic, it is absolutely essential for us to provide procedures that correspond to the most modern procedures. This care requires both state-of-the-art equipment and ample time for each patient. Unfortunately, such an approach cannot be completely covered by public health insurance. The DentiSmile clinic has contracts with major health insurance companies and its patients can therefore undergo certain procedures at the insurance company's expense. These include, for example, one preventive check-up per year, an allowance for some prosthetic work, X-rays or anaesthesia. However, most of the procedures fall under extra-standard care, which is not covered by health insurance. Therefore, we are unable to perform some procedures satisfactorily at the cost of the insurance company, however, we will always try to accommodate you and consult with you thoroughly. The aim of DentiSmile is to provide painless treatment and to make sure that everyone leaves satisfied with a result that is of high quality not only in terms of functionality and reliability, but also in terms of aesthetics.

Our pricelist is therefore designed to ensure that each patient is given the time needed for the procedure, while using the highest quality materials that contemporary dentistry has to offer. The pricing is based on a comprehensive minute calculation that includes all the costs of running the clinic, especially in terms of the time and materials required for a particular procedure. However, the exact price of the treatment is always determined individually only on the basis of your personal visit and a comprehensive initial examination.

Absence

In the event of an absence (failure to attend the procedure) that is not excused at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment, the contracting parties expressly agree on a contractual penalty for each individual breach. The amount of this fee is determined based on the time allocation for the relevant service, according to the current per-minute calculation (currently CZK 2,490 per half hour).

A closing request

We ask patients to reschedule their appointment if they have lip ulcers or cold sores. These conditions can be highly contagious, and attending the clinic may put our staff at risk of infection, which could lead to cancellations for other patients. Thank you for your understanding.
