Cavities or minor injuries will be treated with maximum comfort, a functional bite and excellent aesthetics.
Restorative dentistry is the basis of all dental treatments. Even these interventions must be performed with maximum care and quality.
Fillings
Filling therapy is the absolute basis of dental treatments. When repairing teeth damaged by caries, we choose the highest quality materials, specifically white photocomposite fillings. It is no longer true today that white fillings last less than amalgam metallic fillings. High-quality white fillings do not stress the dental tissue and the tooth is drilled only to a necessary extent.
We can make you fillings that are highly aesthetic, but at the same time fully functional. It is necesassry that the bite needs to be perfect after the procedure. Of course, the highest emphasis on aesthetics is placed in the visible areas, where we use a wide range of colors so that the result is unrecognizable after the procedure.
For a high-quality full-fledged result, it is necessary to follow the technological procedure exactly. This means working with magnifying glasses, application of anesthesia, isolation of the teeth using a thin latex membrane, layering of fillings and curing the filling with LED light, and of course polishing the resulting work.
Endodontics
Endodontic treatment, also called root canal treatment (RCT). Nowadays it is a delicate, gentle intervention in the core of the tooth and the roots. We resort to this treatment in case of caries penetrating the pulp of the tooth, inflammation under the tooth or acute painful conditions.
In the first visit, the root system is thoroughly cleaned using a combination of mechanical and chemical, disinfecting methods. Ultrasonic irrigation also contributes to a good prognosis of the tooth. In the second visit, the tooth is thoroughly disinfected again and then three-dimensionally filled. Auxiliary x-ray images, reliable root length meters, or CT scans provide us with certainty.
Dental canals must be treated with optical magnification. We have a highly proven American Labomed microscope, which allows us to see even the finest details.
The previously dreaded cleaning of the canals (or popularly known as nerve extraction) is now a comfortable procedure. The tooth is fully isolated during the procedure. It goes without saying that the procedure is always performed under local anesthesia.
